What was your first experience with pro-life work?

Well, my parents are very pro-life and so I grew up around it, but I suppose my first "official" experience was the March for Life '03.

Why are you working with Stand True this summer?

Oh you know, nothing better to do. Hah. Just kidding.

As Christians we are called to share Christ's love and for me this summer, this tour is how I'm going to go about doing that.

What is your favorite Bible verse?

John 11:35

No, not because it's so short but because it reminds us that Jesus joins us in our grief, we're never alone. He participates in our humanity to bring us to His divinity.

What is your favorite book other than the Bible?

Ummm... Some of my most recent favorites have been Slaughter House Five by Kurt Vonnegut, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, The Crucible by Arthur Miller, and Orpheus Descending by Tennessee Williams (I know, the last two are plays and not books. Oh well.)

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream in the morning?

I actually am not a big fan of ice cream in the morning. I suppose if I HAD to choose something it would be French vanilla because that wouldn't be too gross... For all other occasions, chocolate peanut butter cup is pretty dandy.

Who is your hero (other than Jesus)?

St. Joan of Arc and St. Maria Goretti were a couple of really amazing ladies.

If you were stuck on a desert island (with a cd player) for the rest of your life what five 5 cd's would you take with you?

Well let's just hope I'm never stranded on a desert isle with only five cd's, because I don't think I could survive. Seriously, who could sum up their music taste with just five cd's??
